Biodynamic Bodywork with Angela Yong
The Biodynamic approach has evolved into a remarkable body therapy that has created a highly skilled way of listening to the body’s inherent health expressions. The therapist typically looks for and encourages the forces of health to set the priorities of the session and to bring about natural adjustments from within the body’s own resources.
First time clients should book an initial consultation with Angela Yong $99 which includes an assessment and offers more time to talk through health history and homework assignments. After the first visit, clients can book with any practicitioner 30, 45 or 60 minute sessions at varying rates. We have packages available.

What to wear: Clients typically wear loose-fitting or athletic clothing. We will need to be able to see and work with your knees, ankles and shoulders so please dress in layers.
What to expect: Working closely with the feedback from your body, the therapist eases you into a gradual series of gentle, but deep stretching movements. The experience is relaxing and pain-free. Each session is aimed at creating lasting changes and dramatically improving your flexibility by decompressing your joints and unwinding the connective tissue.
Post treatment care: Similar to massage therapy, hydrate to flush out and eliminate toxins.
KinesioTaping: Angela Yong Sellers is a Certified KinesioTaping Practitioner (CKTP) and available to help you reduce pain and keep moving! The KinesioTaping method is a therapeutic taping technique that lifts the skin away from the underlying tissue. This space that is created between the muscle and the dermis allows for reduction in pressure and an increased flow of blood and lymphatic fluids in and out of the target area. The effects extend beyond fluid movement to include conditions such as orthopedic, neurological, neuromuscular, and some autonomic pathologies.
