Biodynamic Bodywork

 Biodynamic bodywork reduces tension in the body through attention to your breath, joints, muscles, and tissue, and it is a therapeutic tool for healing and mindfulness.  Angela Yong is an expert practitioner in bodywork and is available for private one-on-one sessions. Assisted stretch sessions are available.

What Should I Book?

  • First timers should book a biodynamic bodywork with assessment.  Allow 75-90 minutes for your first session.

  • Returning clients may choose from 30- or 60-minute visits.  For full-body biodynamic bodywork maintenance visits, allow for 50-60 minute visits.  If you need a biodynamic refresher for a spot problem area like a frozen shoulder or plantar fasciitis, allow for 30 minutes.
